LeadWA Market provides a marketplace and escrow workflow for eligible digital assets. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for the accuracy, ownership, legality and transferability of their listings and transactions.
3. Listings and Transactions
Users must provide accurate information, must not list prohibited or unlawful assets, and must honor completed transaction obligations.
4. Escrow and Payments
Where escrow is used, funds may be held and released according to the applicable transaction status, evidence and dispute process. Processing times and fees may vary.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the marketplace after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
